Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship only to the following countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to any other country.

The shipping cost depends on the destination country and the total weight of your order. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are counted in business days from dispatch and are estimates. In any case, goods are delivered no later than 30 days from the day the order was placed, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Delays
If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible and give you a revised estimated delivery date. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customs duties and taxes
All prices include Lithuanian VAT. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (Norway, United Kingdom, Bosnia & Herzegovina) import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices.
